Glen McFarlane BSc Eng

Glen McFarlane (CEO & Senior Consultant) studied engineering at Imperial College, University of London. He has managed divisions of major blue-chip multinationals including Philips, JDSUniphase and LEMO; Switzerland. He is the inventor of the world standard fibreoptic HDTV Interconnections system Glen also holds seven international patents. He has marketed and sold products into some of the largest international companies including GE, BT, IBM and Nortel. Glen has also started up High Technology companies and obtained Venture Capitalist funding.

Michael Applewhaite
Michael Applewhaite has more than 20 years experience selling into the healthcare, government and high technology companies. He also has many years experience selling products into the retail sector, in particular to the home security markets.

Dr Kalok Jim

Dr Kalok Jim originates from Hong Kong and studied at Oxford University. A brilliant Physicist, Dr Jim now resides in China where he is responsible for outsourcing in the Far East.

Peter Knight MA MEng cantab (Churchill College, Cambridge) MIET

Peter Knight is an engineering professional, specializing in electronics, but with a broad background, primarily in LED based, military and ATEX certified products. Peter has carried out projects on behalf of several clients in a timely fashion and has offered the complete solution from seeing if an idea is feasible to development, prototypes and then managing production through reliable UK based partners. Peter has worked on feasibility of double decker rolling stock in the UK and developed defense systems on the Astute submarine and Type 45 destroyer, LED based advertising signs, Scientific equipment (including software), ATEX certified lighting and warning systems. Peter has also implemented an ISO9000 system and drafted specifications, manuals, handbooks etc.
